The branch I used in Lincoln put a lot of hard work into getting the right buyer for my house. After the first buyer pulled out due to mortgage issues I was pretty deflated, but then they found me a cash buyer who completed in a really reasonable time-frame. Very good with communication & they always sent someone out to do a viewing, which the other estate agents failed to do.
