Karyn and the team at Newton Fallowell we outstanding to work with. Whilst my property was on the market I would get regular calls from Karyn in the office letting me know about interest and viewings that were booked in. They were very accommodating and no pressure was applied to accept bookings if they did not suit our family (too late, football practice etc) They were happy to do all the viewings but equally happy if we wanted to do some of them and would always chase up viewers for feedback that may help with the next viewings. As we were beginning to clear out contents of our house we realised the photographs made the house looked crowded so they were happy to return and update the photographs at no additional cost. Very please with them from start to finish. I have recently sold a property through Newton Fallowell - Lincoln branch. Firstly, the office itself is warm, welcoming and friendly. It's recent refurbishment really gives a professional yet homely atmosphere as you walk in. Secondly, all the staff I spoke to were helpful and responsive to any queries we had. I often spoke to Abbie and Kayrn regarding our sale and found them both to be an asset to the company. Both Abbie and Kayrn really give a personalised approach to their work whilst maintaining a professional manner. We chose to sell our property based on finding another house we were keen to pursue, this in mind Newton Fallowell were quick to value and list our bungalow within a matter of two days! Super quick service. I would not hesitate to use Newton Fallowell again.
