Richard, I note your review and have investigated this situation with my lettings manager who for the record is neither stupid nor careless. I understand she requested several times from you, evidence of your issues which you have never supplied yet we were able to provide you receipt of professional cleaning done to your property. I also would like to point out that the tenant was introduced to your property by another agent. My team have not ignored "a multitude of issues" as you claim and I can see correspondence sent to you which you have not replied to regarding this matter.
