I seriously would not recommend Newton Fallowell. It took them 2 weeks to finally respond to us after we had already applied for a property. We rang and emailed them many times during this period and everytime we did manage to speak to someone they told us they would get back to us with a update but never did. They seemed as if we were a hassle they couldn’t be bothered with anytime we rang. After they finally responded, we asked a couple simple questions they should know “What is the move in date and how much is the deposit”. They did not know this information and they had to contact the landlord. Eventually they asked us to pay a large sum for a holding deposit and then we was informed less than a day later that the property was now no longer available. All of this completely messed us around as we were nearing the end of our current tenancy and needed somewhere to live. Harriet was nice and friendly, but the other staff we dealt with seemed rather standoffish. A quick look at some of the outrageously rude review responses from the director and I now understand why.
