Rather worrying reviews.. put in an offer at the asking price, left all day to stew and then told that more viewings are taking place, also offered their in house mortgages first, before my offer was sent to the vendor... have read reviews about how they encourage bidding wars based on what they think you can afford................ I would avoid letting with Mundys at all costs. Very unprofessional, they lie, take their time when things have been reported and really just want your money. They'll do anything to deduct money from your deposit.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

After buying a house with Mundys I thought I would be writing a positive review. The team we purchased our house with were efficient and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately Mundys showed their true colours when we came to move out of the rental we were living in. Unbelievably high charges upon moving out, week's of delays in returning our deposit and even had the nerve to quote one price to us in the inspection and triple it upon the final charges. We went from recommending Mundys to dreading every interaction with them. They represent everything that is wrong with the rental system today. Renters Beware.

Don't use. After a year of 'purchasing' a property, where the exchange did not take place on theagreed date, and buyers stringing us along for another 6 months, with the estate agent not providing updates and then finally to cap it off the sellers pulls out and the estate agents don't have the decency to call but rather choose to hide behind an email. If you want to lose money and time choose Mundys!
