This will result in more interested and motivated potential buyers. Once on the market they can advise and help you to identify the best buyer. Once subject to contract they diligently work with solicitors and the buyer to progress to completion. This stage is often the most fragile because of chains, surveys, legal issues, unrealistic or misguided expectations etc. etc. Our experience of the staff at Oulsnam Droitwich Spa is that they can sort out all of these. In fact our sale took 22 days from the first day the property went on the market to completion. An outstanding outcome for everyone.
