I recently kept getting bills from npower for 28 Venables way. These were not my bills, and I told npower. But they kept sending them to me. I contacted Hannah Mott who kept telling npower that the bills were those of the tenant. After much persistence by Hannah, npower finally got the message. I would like to thank Hannah for her help. I have had a lot of communication with the property maintenance team at belvoir regarding an issue in my property and Shona has gone above and beyond for me every single time without fail. Even after sorting out all the work Shona absolutely exceeded my expectations and sorted out a seperate issue for me involving a maintenance company.
