I have had a lot of communication with the property maintenance team at belvoir regarding an issue in my property and Shona has gone above and beyond for me every single time without fail. Even after sorting out all the work Shona absolutely exceeded my expectations and sorted out a seperate issue for me involving a maintenance company. Shona should have a lot of recognition for the work she puts in, she truly cares about the tenants and gets things done quickly and easily.
