Went to the Chesham store and was greeted by a lady called Mel. Very polite and professional. Took into account my needs and budget and didn't try to sell me the first place on the books, like most estate agents I've been to lately. Mel took the time to take me through all the jargon and helped me understand the limits to my buying potential. Great advice from a very knowledgable person. If half the staff are as good as that, I will certainly be coming back for my next house. Thanks for a great experience Mel and Chancellors! Well done!
