The 5 stars I have given in this review is for ONE person only at chancellors head office in Bracknell, her name is EMMA KEELEY, I contacted her office in need of advice and a lot of guidance which I might add have been asking my local lettings dept of the SURBITON office for the last 3 - 4 weeks only to be TOTALLY ignored, bearing in mind that we have been paying them a letting fee for the last 14 months for the tenants that they put in, We first used the Surbiton branch in 2009 when we purchased the property off of them and the service we received was 5 STAR, so when we decided to let it 14 months ago we decided to use them again, once again the service was 5 STAR, So when Our first tenants decided to leave the property we didn't feel that we had to go anywhere else other than our local SURBITON branch because of our previous dealing with them, How wrong we were, the team had changed, they don't listen to what you want and I sure on this experience don't care. Emma KEELEY has done FAR more in the last 24 hours to help us and totally solve the problems we had regarding our property and keep our financial losses to a minimum,which the SURBITON office could have done if they chose to. A BIG thank you to EMMA KEELEY for all your help to myself and my wife, 5 STARS Emma. I could write more about the local office, needless to say I don't think we will be using them again. If someone from head office would like to contact me I would be happy to answer anything regarding this stressful experience.

I have bought, sold/bought and now sold again through Chancellors Lightwater over the past decade. Regardless of the natural fluctuations in the housing market I have always been able to count on Chancellors to give excellent service and advice. The current team of Ben, Holly and Richard have all worked hard to achieve an excellent price and fast completion, for which I am extremely grateful.
