Chancellors Estate Agents have been managing a property we have been renting since September 2015. Our initial experience with their style of management made us feel they did not represent our needs let alone be our voice. From a substandard cleaning of the property which they thought was acceptable to waiting very long for repairs. It was so very frustrating to deal with them! Then came JESSICA CHALMERS of the South West Oxon Property Management who turned everything around! From prompt response to emails, follow ups and updating us of the progress all our concerns! She is polite, friendly but professional. We have pinched ourselves on a few occasions to make sure its not a dream. She is just FANTASTIC!!! Chancellors Property Management have been managing my rental property for the past 12 months. Overall I have been happy with the level of service received. Recently Jamie Hawkins has been acting as my Property Manager, I have needed to contact Chancellors on several occasions over the past couple of months.
