Ben, Richard and Holly were great to deal with during the sale of my late fathers property. Having never done something like this before, they really helped me understand the process and guide me through it, and were prompt to answer any questions I had, and quick to respond with new viewings and offers when the first buyer fell through. An excellent experience. I had not bought or sold a house for 50 years during which time so many things had changed that I was almost a beginner. I had continuous and gentle help from the staff at Lightwater, especially, from Mr. Ben Granville who was always cheerful (when I was not! Apologies!) and who tactfully steered me round an awkward (alleged) potential buyer and very quickly found me another buyer who has now bought my house. I had previously sounded out other estate agents in my area, but Chancellors seemed to have the most professional and "clued up" approach. I would have no qualms about recommending them to any other person who wished to sell their house

Chancellors Estate Agents have been managing a property we have been renting since September 2015. Our initial experience with their style of management made us feel they did not represent our needs let alone be our voice. From a substandard cleaning of the property which they thought was acceptable to waiting very long for repairs. It was so very frustrating to deal with them! Chancellors Property Management have been managing my rental property for the past 12 months. Overall I have been happy with the level of service received.
