Emily McKnight from the Lightwater branch has been fantastic. She kept me updated, provided really helpful information about a complex shared ownership process, and has remained professional and friendly throughout - even while dealing with issues beyond her control. She is polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and has a warm and reassuring telephone manner. She is truly an asset to the company and I would personally like to thank her for providing an excellent service.
