Chancellors Lightwater

I wholeheartedly recommend Martin Jakins! From our initial meeting in March, his professionalism and integrity were evident. Seven months later, I contacted him, and he immediately remembered us and our property, showcasing his impressive attention to detail. Within just two days of listing our shared ownership home, we had nine viewings scheduled, resulting in three offers from the first four viewings! (We had to pause the rest which is unheard of) we were amazed. Martin consistently exceeded our expectations, and the process was seamless and stress-free. His dedication and expertise truly set him apart in the real estate industry. If more agents embodied Martin’s qualities, I believe many misconceptions about estate agents would vanish. A true standout in the market and a rare gem.
