2 years ago I was in a position where I had to find a house for me and my baby. I was a single parent and not a lot of property's would accept housing benefit, when I called Tom Peachy at chancellors he was the one and only estate agent that didn't turn me away, and the only one who wasn't rude to me about being on 'benefits'. He found me a coach house quite literally in the same week and im still here just renewed my contract. Thanks Tom you really were a life saver �
