Hi Andrew. I agree and accept that you had a bad experience with your tenancy, I'm truly sorry for that. I stand by our team, who I feel did the best they could to resolve your issues before ultimately negotiating you an early exit from the tenancy. That said, lessons have been taken from your experience that we will use to improve our service going forward and avoid situations like yours in the future.
