Great service from the whole team, both in alerting us to a property they thought we would like (we did!) and then selling our house, quickly, twice (first sale fell through during lockdown). CW were clear and straightforward about their pricing recommendations, and while we put our house on at a lower price than we had originally wanted, it sold very quickly both times. CW pride themselves in their ability to ‘make chains’ and this is exactly how it worked for us, as we bought and sold with them. This made life easier during the ups and downs of our own sale, as they had a good relationship with our vendor. Andrew drove the sale of our old property and the purchase of our new property. He was in constant liaison with the Solicitors from all three parties and without his assistance the move would definitely have been delayed - we moved on 24th March (1st day of UK lockdown) so any delay would have most likely caused the chain to collapse. The level of professionalism exhibited by every single member of the team we were in contact with far exceed our expectations, as did the overall service. Although I never want to move again, if I did I would not hesitate to use Charter Whyman.

I’m generally not keen on estate agents but I found Charter Whyman excellent on all sides. Our sale took 3days! The staff are professional and on the ball. We were constantly updated on progress, often daily when the lower part of our chain dropped out. They were always friendly and approachable, nothing was too much bother and they negotiated our sale and purchase with a passion I’ve not seen before in estate agents. We’ve found previous companies wanting on several occasions. I thoroughly recommend CW and would be happy to use them again. I don’t think you’ll find better in the town.
