I’m generally not keen on estate agents but I found Charter Whyman excellent on all sides. Our sale took 3days! The staff are professional and on the ball. We were constantly updated on progress, often daily when the lower part of our chain dropped out. They were always friendly and approachable, nothing was too much bother and they negotiated our sale and purchase with a passion I’ve not seen before in estate agents. We’ve found previous companies wanting on several occasions. I thoroughly recommend CW and would be happy to use them again. I don’t think you’ll find better in the town.

Matthew was very reassuring and reactive when we had concerns about some developments along the way. Simon did a great job of selling their service to us in the first place, with no high pressure sales exerted upon us. A really positive experience from start to finish. I approached CW for the sale of my mother’s home after her death, and they were professional, effective and sensitive in the circumstances. They are very hands on, making the effort to create a relationship with the client, which results in what feels like a very personal service.
