Matthew was very reassuring and reactive when we had concerns about some developments along the way. Simon did a great job of selling their service to us in the first place, with no high pressure sales exerted upon us. All in all, we trusted this company to guide us through the uncertain and sometimes worrying period that ensues when moving house. We would highly recommend them.

We were very happy with the service we received from Charter Whyman. Everyone in the team was great, from valuation to marketing to conveyancing. Simon priced our house well, and it sold within a week to a quality buyer. They followed up with the sales process and were always happy to answer my questions about the progression. Our chain needed to exchange contracts on a certain date, and Andrew did an stellar job of chasing down quite a few loose ends to ensure we met our deadline. A really positive experience from start to finish. I approached CW for the sale of my mother’s home after her death, and they were professional, effective and sensitive in the circumstances. They are very hands on, making the effort to create a relationship with the client, which results in what feels like a very personal service. We are currently part way through our third transaction with them (both buying and selling), and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
