Great service from the whole team, both in alerting us to a property they thought we would like (we did!) and then selling our house, quickly, twice (first sale fell through during lockdown). CW were clear and straightforward about their pricing recommendations, and while we put our house on at a lower price than we had originally wanted, it sold very quickly both times. CW pride themselves in their ability to ‘make chains’ and this is exactly how it worked for us, as we bought and sold with them. This made life easier during the ups and downs of our own sale, as they had a good relationship with our vendor. Great staff, very responsive, professional but friendly and very welcoming of any questions at any stage of the process. Also, good housing stock, and good office location. Thanks everyone!
