He managed the letting and then the sale of our property in Woburn, and throughout he was professional, responsive and genuinely helpful, going out of his way to sort out practical details (access, keys, information for our solicitors) without ever needing chasing. The sale went through smoothly and on a tight timeline, in no small part because Thomas kept everything moving and kept us properly informed at every stage. Highly recommended.
