Always a great response and helpful, a good team working in everyone's best interest at all times

Very approachable staff and knowledgeable and good at keeping in touch

Adam, Tom, Kate and the team were brilliant throughout our house purchase. They were helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with, and I really appreciate their help getting everything over the line. I’d happily recommend them.

All staff at M & M Properties were exceptional and extremely professional. I would have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

We sold our property through M and M, they were very good. Communication wise, it was excellent, with a whatsapp group set up to manage all aspects from listing to final sale.

Excellent service for buying, letting and selling. Have been dealing with M&M for many years and can easily say they are the best estate agents in Leighton Buzzard. Plus the staff are always helpful and follow up any quieries quickly

I’ve worked with M&M Properties professionally for some time and recently had the opportunity to use them personally for the purchase of my own home. The team were friendly, professional and helpful throughout, with great communication from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend M&M Properties to anyone looking to sell their home. Special mention to Kate and Adam for all of their help as always.

My experience with M&M has been great. I needed a place quickly and Thalia made it happen for me, massively reducing the timeframe from agreement to move in. She's been very communicative and a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Excellant estate agents. They showed us a lovely property in the countryside to rent, which we really wanted. Unfortunately a relative got ill much quicker than expected, and we had to change our plans. M&M properties were so kind and understanding.

M&M Properties in Leighton Buzzard are exceptional group of professionals as they go all out to ensure a smooth transition from viewing potential properties to finding your home. They are friendly and it felt like you are part of their family. Keep up the great work.
