Peter Scott did a great job of selling my parents' bungalow at a time of significant market uncertainty. Interest rates had suddenly increaed within a couple of weeks of marketing the property yet they were able to generate many viewings & several good offers offers. They found us a really good quality purchaser & negotiated a good price. Throughout the process, they were very positive, communication was excellent and they were a real pleasure to deal with. Their unique selling point, in my view, is their personal touch. Unlike agents I've had dealings with in the past, they made me feel like I was their only customer & that they were really working hard on my behalf, which I know they were. Highly recommended.
