I sold my flat through M&M properties a couple of months ago and couldn’t praise them enough! After having very poor experience with 2 other local agents in the Leighton buzzard area, I nearly lost all hope of selling my flat until M&M took on the marketing! They sold my flat very quickly and always found them great to communicate with. I originally purchased the flat through M&M properties and didn’t have the greatest experience but that was 5 years ago, so what a difference this time round made! I would recommend anyone to use M&M when selling a property! Due to my flat being a leasehold, there were quite a few issues with the solicitors and management companies but M&M always kept me informed and helped with any issues/ concerns I had, a very stressful experiance but M&M tried taking as much of that stress away from me which I was so thankful for!
