Following your mention of a delay, we do always endeavour to get from the application stage to contract stage as quickly as we can and provide a tenancy agreement to sign as quickly as possible, as long as our process allow its. On this occasion due to dates deposits were paid and certain legal paperwork for the protection of your deposit being produced by the TDS scheme, we could only have provided paperwork to you slightly earlier than we did, as we can’t issue the contracts until we have this all in place but we do appreciate the eagerness to move it all along quickly from your side. All paperwork was sent in usual time frames prior to your move in date to sign and return in good time and we are glad it all went smoothly.
