You will see from the reviews on google and allagents.co,uk that we receive very few negative reviews from landlords so we are super disappointed to see this. You have not stated why you feel our professionalism was lacking, so for the record we clarify that our relationship with you ended when an already heavily discounted “fully management contract” was ended by you whilst still retaining the quality tenant M & M Properties had installed for you. At no stage have you questioned our professionalism during or after our management aside from your google review. Your property was let under our Milton Keynes promotion that ran in 2019. This promotion was offering a very low management fee in exchange for a tied in period of management. You ended this to save on management fees and paid the contractually agreed cancelation fee. We are sorry if this has prompted you to leave your review but we stand by our position and wish you every success with your tenants over in Milton Keynes.
