BUYER BEWARE. I bought a property through M and M, what followed was 5 months of headache and being constantly lied to. This was a empty, new build and we were FTB with everything in place so we paid a premium to be in quicker, 4 weeks we was told, 6 at the most and it took 5 months! After 6 weeks the seller had managed to sort out the deeds.... Sales agent, Dean, kept spinning lies to make the sale go through. I would avoid Dean at all costs unless you want to be told lie after lie and be strung along. And by the sound of the other reviews their rental department isn't much better. Ive heard Quarters are better and more professional about things, try them instead.
