For the last 6 years we have rented with a number of different agents and have had mixed reviews. However, over the last year we’ve been very impressed with the service at M&M Properties. They have been very professional and helpful from the start but as always, the true test with any agent is how they deal with issues when they arise after you move in. So I must congratulate Sarah and her maintenance team as they do such an efficient and fantastic job sorting out any problems we’ve had over the past year. The online maintenance portal is very easy to use and always immediately followed up by an email and call from Sarah in the Maintenance team to get an engineer out ASAP or at least before the end of the week. Thank you to all the team at M&M Properties for your hard work. I will definitely recommend your services to friends and family.
