AWEFUL COMPANY - AVOID THEM - force you into using their cleaning company to do a professional carpet clean after moving out and take pictures from inches away to justify cleaning costs. Theives. Intimifate people knowing they have just had a baby with company directors threats and trying to force home inspections on a monthly basis. STAY AWAY

As you can see the photos prior to moving in are far away and the second set of photos are very close up. Be warned if you rent from these you will need close up photos of dirt as they do!!! absolute pirates!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We replied to the first post you made a few months ago but since google have updated their settings all our responses have been removed. It is disappointing to see your feedback and we take all feedback very seriously. As you are aware the Tenancy Deposit Scheme adjudication that took place relating to your deposit at the end of your tenancy does contradict your comments. The Tenancy Deposit Scheme is an independent and impartial body who adjudicate when a resolution can’t be reach between the landlord and tenant, which was unfortunately the case with your tenancy. I believe that the finalised adjudication by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme was fair for both parties involved.
The checkout process is carried out inline with the inventory you were provided with at the start of your tenancy, this included photos. This is the fairest way for the checkout to be conducted and is the same for all our properties. Tenants are entitled to use any professional cleaning companies, our cleaning companies are only used when a tenant has failed to comply with their obligations and aren’t forthcoming to resolve any issues. But I must add that no work is carried out without the tenants being made aware of the costs.
Having checked the records for your tenancy, I can confirm that monthly inspections were not requested. To clarify, we do not do monthly inspections on any of our properties as this would be unreasonable. Inspections are carried out either quarterly, six monthly or annually depending on the owners instructions of each property.
