Dear Joy, thank you for your comments however we believe this review is an old review as we have no record of your name on our system apart from 2019. As you may or may not know the Tenant Fee Act of 2019 states that fee's are no longer due by tenants (after June 2019) for applying for a rental property so therefore we believe your review is an old reiew from many years ago. You would not have paid fee's to M&M Properties after June 2019. Prior to the Tenant Fee Act of 2019 your fee’s paid would have been non-refundable should you have failed a reference process or withdrew from an application prior to move in.
