We have often received multiple applications for the same property especially in certain property types. It is now a requirement for agents to pre-qualify interested parties in the most meticulous way to ensure footfall and human contact is minimised during the letting process. To this end, we are mandated to ensure that only viewings that have the most likelihood of success (for the tenants and landlord alike) are conducted. This sadly means only showing properties that are in high demand to working professional tenants where our landlord clients have stipulated the same.
