I rented from them for 4yrs, and overall good a good service with helpful, fair people. Repairs and questions were dealt with quickly - depending on the landlord being available - and Karen and the team were always helpful where they could be. The only issue I had in the time I was with them was designated parking and tickets at the property. So always ask lots of questions about this and do your research. They are the best lettings agent I've used.
