We rented for 10 years in London before moving to Leighton Buzzard area, when we rented a property through this company for a year (we moved out last year). We have now finally purchased our own house, thank goodness. As tenants we found we had to chase all the time for responses for maintenance issues; perhaps we were just unlucky as they seem to have a lot of positive reviews, but our experience was definitely not positive. In the 10 years of renting elsewhere (with various agents) we never came across this. In response to the reply from them below ... I do have the correct company - our tenancy was in my wife's name (before we got married)
