We purchased one of M&M's properties so were not even one of their clients but they were so good during the process that I had to write a review. Kate Peplow is a credit to the team and an incredible estate agent, a cut above any others we've had to deal with. She communicated to every agent and took the time to reassure not only her clients, but us as the buyers, repeatedly over the course of a long chain sale, which she didn't have to do. Her experience and ability to navigate some really difficult conversations and situations to see a sale through was impressive, without her the chain would have collapsed. Michael Sibley was also excellent at providing advice, survey contacts and reassurance to us early on, again despite not being a client! We owe it to M&M for finally moving into our new home, the sellers made an excellent choice using them and we certainly will be when we come to sell in future. Thank you!
