I have been so impressed with the communication, professionalism, efficiency and responsiveness delivered by Tom McCormick. It's helped my move to go smoothly. What a difference having a local agent who knows the property and the area, who sees the process through from viewing, to the finances, inventory and the queries in between. I have found Tom to go over and above, eg dropping operating instructions through the door and being very patient in my stressed moving house state!
