Terrible service. Waste of money not worth the time or money I work nearby and hear nothing but bad things. It took 2 weeks to get our broken boiler fixed and we have a baby and no heating or hot water. The woman who deals with repairs or maintenance is rude and disrespectful. Never before have I disliked a service like theirs . To make this place better burn it to the ground and start again with people and not robots who care nothing for the well being of others or children.
Totally kicked us in the teeth at the end of our tenancy. Absolutely no help or advice when we had asked and now screwing us over!! After 30 months of letting through M&M we are appalled with how they are now treating us.
Poor property management. We were told that the property will be professionally cleaned before we moved in. When we moved in we discovered that the boiler was not working, we were left with no hot water or heating in middle of September; the house has not been cleaned at all: inches of grease on the hob/oven, dead insects under radiators, filthy carpets, black mold in the cupboards and fridge freezer. What ever you do steer clear, if no other option at least make sure you fill in the checking inventory to the smallest detail.
Meh rented from them very slow at getting back to you had to keep chasing them for answers and then when I was leaving they kept breaking rules on how much notice before viewing
Very bad experience, DO NOT USE Happy to take your money but shocking and poor at communication. Would not recommend at all lots of other estate agents in Leighton Buzzard that would look after customers better. As a customer my job is not to be chasing the estate agents it's the other way around. Even when making a complaint I have to chase to get an answer. Was looking at renting a property - charged me £450 in fees and checking when checking fees only cost agents £15 - £30 per person so rip you off. And then don't talk to the landlord and explain the full conversation. DO NOT USE
They are great when moving in, although I do think the fees are high, and they won't put you on a rolling contract as they like to charge you to renew the contract. The maintenance team are fairly good and reliable. The problems start when you want to move out. When you want your deposit back. They start their game playing tactics . Your deposit is a way of them squeezing a bit more out of you. It's my money it's not up for grabs, but they think it is. We cleaned the house for days it was a lot cleaner than when we moved in, but that's how they start the game, they sent us 40 photos of so called dirty areas. They complained about all sorts of things and wanted to charge us . We went to the (tds ) to dispute their claims. Funnily though as soon as we disputed it they double the amount of the claim . They know exactly how to play the game, ask for twice as much and you might end up with the amount you want. I'm not normally into writing reviews but I do want to warn other people about these scoundrels. Steve one of the directors is the one to watch, very smooth when you move in and a complete slime ball when you want your deposit back. I would highly recommend going elsewhere, but if you do go with them, just make sure you cover your self. Take photos of everything , keep emails everything. You'll need evidence when you move out.
