The agent that took us round the property was Tom he was very polite, we received a courtesy call before the viewing and he arrived bang on time. He told us that we were only the second couple that he had shown around the property but his knowledge was good and was able to answer all of our questions. This in part helped us make the decision to request to rent the property.

I worked with M&M for many years. I rented through them as a tenant, I then came back when I needed to rent out my property, and finally used them when I sold my property. I have rented through many different landlords, and my experience with M&M Properties was always the best experience. No one enjoys renting a property, but M&M made the experience as painless as possible and were professional to deal with. They were quick to react and honest when problems arose. When renting out my property through them, they did a fine job of managing the property through several tenants. The vast majority is issues were handled very well. I would have appreciated a little more detailed explanations at times when there were issues, but on the whole I was satisfied. When it finally came to sell the property, and due to external factors it was a long and drawn out sales process lasting 10 months, M&M were again honest and acted with professionalism throughout. The only request I would have is that they were vastly more experienced than I, and I would have been grateful for a step by step of what to expect, as it did get a little confusing at times. I would recommend M&M Properties, in terms of as a tenant, a landlord and a seller.
