I have been house hunting for a few weeks now and the experience was quite painful. The only happy experience I had was with these young guys in the M&M lettings department! Very professional, most prompt to answer my emails (even out of hours!), efficient and not pushy (like most agents). Both Tom and Tom were informed about the property I viewed, looked like they had a brilliant relationship with the outgoing tenant and were able to answer HONESTLY all the queries we had. We did not go for the property we viewed, but I wish we find estate agents like them!
