I’ve been renting through M&M for nearly a year, though my search had begun sooner than that. I was a bit nervous at first due to horror stories I’ve heard about other letting agents, but to me they remain as just that - stories. I originally got the recommendation from my mum who bought a house through the agency. It is tough to find a place as a young first time renter, but thanks to Daniel, who has since left, I managed to move into my flat. The team at M&M are a very hard working, patient bunch and I’ve never had any sort of negative experience. All repairs and maintenance are tended to quickly and I’ve never had to wait longer than a few hours for a response to an email. I sold my flat through M&M properties a couple of months ago and couldn’t praise them enough! After having very poor experience with 2 other local agents in the Leighton buzzard area, I nearly lost all hope of selling my flat until M&M took on the marketing! They sold my flat very quickly and always found them great to communicate with. I originally purchased the flat through M&M properties and didn’t have the greatest experience but that was 5 years ago, so what a difference this time round made! I would recommend anyone to use M&M when selling a property! Due to my flat being a leasehold, there were quite a few issues with the solicitors and management companies but M&M always kept me informed and helped with any issues/ concerns I had, a very stressful experiance but M&M tried taking as much of that stress away from me which I was so thankful for!

I was looking for a 1-bed around this area. Chanced a very promising place and gotten in touch with Vincent. They showed me the place and took my application to the landlord. I didn't get the place because the Landlord doesn't like my application for some reasons. But Vincent did call back and with a very sincere attitude to deliver the bad news. After a lot of bad experience with shady practice from the chained estate agency I would highly recommend this agency and Vincent to anyone who are looking for anything in this area.

I’m very happy with the service Tom has offered so far. He’s very thorough on explaining all the steps for my move to my new home and has provided answers on all my questions promptly. Vincent on the other hand shockingly didn’t know anything about the properties he was showing me and wasn’t prepared at all. I am giving 5 stars to the office for the great service and support from Tom. I hope that my move will be also smooth without any surprises.
