So it all started with us taking a liking to a house we had seen on Rightmove. Within a couple of days of us showing our interest with the estate agent, we was viewing the house with Daniel, who made this whole experience so so easy! He was so polite and chatty and made the house viewing fun. He was able to answer so many of the questions we had whilst we looked around and any he was unsure about, he found out the answers (plans/queries that only the landlord would know the answer to) and got back to us. He gave us a brief overview of how the whole process would go if we got accepted by the landlord and then with every step forward we took to moving into our house he told us what would happen next in more detail….there was thankfully no huge overload of information from the start, which would have set me off panicking. The whole time he was always an email away and always responded so fast. Daniel and his team made this whole experience stress free and enjoyable and we appreciate him so much. They deserve more than the 5 stars I can give them. Thank you Daniel and M&M.
