I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the maintenance team at M&M, and Kerry in particular. Our boiler had stopped working and we were left with no hot water. Kerry worked hard to resolve the matter swiftly, even when faced with challenges and delays from external parties. We were kept informed and up to date with any progress along the way which put our minds at ease. The matter was solved within the week and we can’t thank the team enough!

Recently moved to the UK and subsequently Leighton Buzzard. It was difficult to even get a call back or response from an agent- but then we stumbled onto a lovely property represented by Vincent from M&M. I had a call back almost instantly, an understanding person at the other end of a line, and a viewing reserved within less than 24 hours.
