One thing I like most about them is that they do not pressurize for any available deal, but seek info and understand your requirements. I was particularly pleased at how responsive they were at all stages - always quick to reply to emails, proactive in keeping us informed and calling back when we left messages.

I couldn’t recommend these Estate Agents enough! We sold a flat and purchased our new house via Proffitt & Holt and received a great service all round from the Watford Team. Sian made the negotiations seem so easy, Hannah was great at keeping us in the loop at a time when communication is so important and Marlon was amazing in closing out our sale & purchase, he was pro-active in chasing solicitors where necessary to ensure our completion went through as planned. We also received a gift bag with personalised cupcakes, fizz and some essentials for the new house, I thought this was a lovely touch!

Firstly I would like to say a HUGE thank you to the Watford Team for being so supportive, open and honest with their communication from the very first phone call to them, to the completion of our sale. It was a very long and at times, stressful process, due to the pandemic and the aftermath causing the housing market to take a big hit.
