At the time when I was searching for a new home last year, prices were escalating rapidly and competition with buys was extreme. Paul was the first Estate Agent who took time and made me feel at ease. His approachable manner reassured me straight away and I trusted his instincts and advice. He know the vendor as well, which really helped in the final negotiations and sale. I’d go to Paul again in the future if I move again and would highly recommend his service.

Paul Stripp is a highly knowledgeable Estate Agent with a strong work-ethic. He worked tirelessly from the time our property was first marketed right through to the exchange and completion dates of sale. In the period leading up to exchange of contracts, that many of us have experienced in the past when agents and solicitors seem not to be communicating, he was constantly chasing each agent and where possible also solicitors for updates in our complex chain of buyers and sellers. Paul kept communication and information flows going throughout. I fully recommend him.

Paul has been brilliant to work with and we 100% recommend him. We got over three valuations and were toying with using a few estate agents from Battle but after meeting with Paul we were at ease. His friendly approachable no pressure manner made us feel comfortable straight away. He already had contacts interested in our house and as soon as we agreed to work together he created a WhatsApp group so we could communicate regularly. He was contactable outside of normal estate agent working hours which was unique and a brilliant touch. We kept in constant communication throughout and our house was sold on the first viewing! Do not hesitate to use Paul he gives a personal touch that no other agent can compare to.
