EweMove Leighton Buzzard

We went with EweMove to sell our home in Leighton Buzzard and couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. We’d had an online valuation with EweMove previously and regularly saw their boards around town, so when we decided we needed to move fairly quickly, they were already front of mind. And they certainly moved quickly! We called on a Friday afternoon and Sam came round that same day to look around the house and provide a valuation. We were then introduced to Harry, who came over that evening to get the exterior photos done. Sam was back on the Monday to take the internal photos and by Tuesday we were live on the market with viewings already lined up. We ended up having around 10 viewings, possibly even a few more, and sold the house after just 8 days on the market! Throughout the whole process, the communication from the team was brilliant. We were kept informed, received useful feedback after viewings and they organised viewings into blocks wherever possible, which made things much easier for us rather than constantly having to be out of the house. When we accepted an offer, we hadn’t yet found somewhere ourselves. The team were really understanding of our position and helped manage expectations with the chain below us without putting unnecessary pressure on us. They also helped point us in the right direction with solicitors and the other parts of the process, which made everything feel much more straightforward. A big shout-out to Harry in particular for the work he put into getting the sale over the line, and to Sam for how quickly she worked to get our property photographed, listed and in front of buyers. Ceri was also a pleasure to deal with throughout. Ultimately, they did exactly what you want a good estate agent to do. They were knowledgeable, proactive, polite, communicated well and, most importantly for us, worked at speed when we needed them to. A real pleasure dealing with Sam, Harry and Ceri.
