This house sale was our fourth and Paul is the best estate agent we’ve ever used. His communication was on point and kept us updated throughout the process, even when there wasn’t much to update on, which we found reassuring. Paul’s efficient communication definitely helped the process and kept the solicitors on track. The whole process was fairly stress free for us and with Paul’s guidance we were able to sell our property and complete within 8 weeks. We highly recommend Paul to anyone wanting to sell or buy property.
