Complete time wasters. Avoid them by any mean. They will require you to fill up several forms online, before even showing you the property. I completed the form for the main applicant and they returned asking filing up the forms for my partner and a 4 years old child.
Reply from EweMove Leighton Buzzard: I am disappointed to read this review and sorry that you felt the need to leave it. As we explained to you, and to all prospective tenants who are interested in viewing a property, we ask you to provide some general information to assess whether you meet the affordability and referencing criteria before the viewing is arranged, this is common practice within the industry and is there to save time and speed up the process for everyone. All applicants who will be on the tenancy agreement are asked to fill in the form but as you are aware, we certainly do not require young children to do so! I am sorry you feel you have had a bad experience with the firm and I hope you will find a property to rent soon.
