We've had a very poor experience with this estate agent - we booked a viewing of a property with them however we were sent to the wrong address to disturb someone who had no idea we would be coming. After finally discovering the error, they could not get us in for the viewing of the correct property until another day, which meant we would have to make the fairly long journey to Watford again. They did not return our call despite promising to do so and it took a further 3 days to get any response from them over email. My advice is to go elsewhere - there are plenty of agents in Watford that provide a much better service!
Reply from EweMove Leighton Buzzard: Barbara, I am very sorry to hear that you have had this experience with us, this is very much the exception not the rule and we will certainly look into what has happened here to ensure that the team member involved learns from this and receives further training if appropriate. Many thanks
