For me the experience was very disappointing. Before I started the sales process, I had a verbal agreement that on one day of the week and one evening, there would be no viewings. Then after a few weeks, I was put under pressure to do viewings on this day. Therefore I had to cancel the contract as I wasn't being listened to. I received no apology. I will not recommend this company. It was a waste of time.

Dear Steve & Patrica, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. I would like to clarify the arrangements discussed during the marketing period. Initially, it was agreed that there would be no viewings on Friday evenings and Saturdays before 4pm, and this was fully respected. When a viewing was requested at 4pm on a Saturday, you subsequently asked for no Saturday viewings at all, which we also accommodated. When you contacted us on Friday, 19th December, to terminate the agreement, you explained your reasons at the time and expressed your own apologies regarding the situation. While I’m sorry that you feel dissatisfied overall, we believe we acted in line with the instructions provided throughout. Thank you for your feedback, which has been noted.
