As mentioned in our earlier communication, the viewing had to be cancelled at very short notice due to a highly sensitive issue that we became aware of upon arriving at the property, just minutes before your scheduled appointment. It was entirely unexpected and extremely stressful for all parties involved. My team had to respond quickly and carefully. It was me who made the admittedly agitated phone call to you. We were still in the midst of managing a very difficult situation at the property, and I just wanted to explain what had happened — not to excuse it, but simply to make it clear that we had not set out intentionally to waste your time. Emergency situations like this are extremely rare, but when they do arise, our priority is to act swiftly and with sensitivity.
