Scott Haines gave us an excellent service. He kept us updated as to the process of our sale; oversaw. the valuation and sale of our property; and arranged several revisits to our new property. Additionally, he responded to our request for delivery of the keys on the day of completion. He was actually waiting for us when we arrived along with the removal van. Although this has been a stressful move for us Scott has made it easier. We would also like to thank Chelsea for the efficient way she followed up the progress of our sale and purchase, keeping us updated at each stage. Thank you Scott and Chelsea.

I had never actually sold a house before having bought a new build 24yes ago as a first time buyer, so decided time to move to a new location contacted Whitegates and they were excellent - Ian came out and took all the photos and did the valuation and took me through the process and costs and the house went on the market that week - and it sold in less than two weeks. Brannon Richardson was really helpful and I did ring him often asking questions and he was always there to help. Excellent service from start to finish would definitely recommend Whitegates for house sale.

I never seem to find the time to leave a review but feel in this case I really have to pass on how happy we have been with the service from Whitegates Leicester office . We had 2 properties to sell and choose Whitegates to look after both sales, from the valuation with Ian we felt confident with his knowledge of house prices in our area and a real nice chap to have in your home. After getting offers on both houses in just two weeks we couldnt have been happier. We are now almost at completion on both properties and I have to mention Brannon and Chelsea at the office , a total credit to the company, no matter how many times I called with countless questions they are always calm warm and friendly and helped keep us focused on the end goal.
