I had never actually sold a house before having bought a new build 24yes ago as a first time buyer, so decided time to move to a new location contacted Whitegates and they were excellent - Ian came out and took all the photos and did the valuation and took me through the process and costs and the house went on the market that week - and it sold in less than two weeks. Brannon Richardson was really helpful and I did ring him often asking questions and he was always there to help.
