Scott Haines gave us an excellent service. He kept us updated as to the process of our sale; oversaw. the valuation and sale of our property; and arranged several revisits to our new property. Additionally, he responded to our request for delivery of the keys on the day of completion. He was actually waiting for us when we arrived along with the removal van. Although this has been a stressful move for us Scott has made it easier.
