I was struggling after being given a date of completion and then turning up to find out It had been delayed Whitegate as a team really calmed me down and brannon and scott showed face and where there as a point of contact when I was on the phone all day they gave me contact numbers and helped me with knowledge on who to contact once again Lorraine who also works in the office really pushed for things to progress and worked hard even when unable to be in person constantly keeping me in the loop
