When we have moved out from the previous property, Elliot has accused me of stealing the furniture and demanded to pay for it, no matter that we have bought it from the previous tenants. When the agency did not send us the parking permit in time and we got a fine, no matter that Jadine knew that we need one, Elliot said it’s my fault and we need to pay it and Andy has just ignored my complaint. When we were moving out of the current property, Gosia said that she will arrange cleaners for us and we don’t have to worry about anything. And then she has charged us £150 admin fee for handling this. HANDLING her job. The fee is SUBJECT to be charged if there is something broken at the property. But we didn’t brake anything, it was just a bit dirty. Moreover, someone has left a negative review for Northwood that they are stealing the deposit ( which I am not surprised at all), they thought it’s me, so Gosia has sent me an abusive email and Andy has left an offensive reply which was obviously left to me. This has caused me a massive distress, so I asked for a compensation. Andy then has threatened me with lawyers and police. And of they have used the most expensive cleaners in the country so in total we were charged £500 for cleaning. £500!!! For this money you can renovate the whole property!! What do you have to say on this Andy? Is anything here untrue?
Have been renting an apartment through this letting agency for quite a while. Quite sluggish in resolving a problem that may pop up, diverting responsibilities, lack of engagement
Very very very bad agency if I can go back in time I would've never ever rented the house from them. For repairing the kitchen we've waiting 6 months. First I had to wait few weeks for them to repair the electric in the kitchen and of course they damaged the wall and floor and left this for next 4 months. After 4 months calling them and asking for them to repair they came and damaged the wall and floor all around the house because they planning to repair the electrics all around the house and no one informed us about this before. Im allergic to dust so I was forced to move out and relocate. After the electrical repairment they left the house in mess and damage. there are dents' wholes and rather large damages all around the house, our new furniture are broken. We wrote emails send the pictures complained and requested for help from the agency but they was ignored us and still they haven't resolved these issues. So if you planning to rent a house from them think twice about your decision because I am regretting renting from them.
I haven't used Belvoir for 4.5 years since we moved house however the fact we're on the list speaks volumes. Having rented properties for 10 years, I must say Belvoir was the worst by far. The charges were unreal and a rip off, the staff were rude and unhelpful and trying to get maintenance issues sorted was like pulling teeth.
They did not even call that viewing canceled ! Lack of professionalism

Awful attitude on the phone and too lazy to arrange viewings on a Saturday! People work during your opening hours, how hard is that to understand?! Wouldn't give them a penny in fees!
